Anita Patrickson is an established freelance stylist in Los Angeles. Originally raised in South Africa and educated in London, she has traveled extensively gaining experience across a multitude of cultures and lifestyles, which has aided her eclectic and individual fashion aesthetic.
Having had a natural ability for fashion and style, she planted her roots in Los Angeles. Shortly after, Conde Nast secured her as the Assistant West Coast Editor for Allure magazine. She went on to help style celebrities covers such as Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Katherine Heigl to name a handful.
Following Conde Nast, Anita broke away to pursue her freelance career. She dresses celebrities ranging from Emma Watson and Julianne Hough to Nina Dobrev, Kate Walsh and Taylor Kitsch and also regularly styles the covers and editorial pages of Elle, Instyle, Lucky, Vanity Fair, Esquire and more.
To date, Anita has branched into television, film and commercials, working with brands and on successful campaigns such as The Vampire Diaries, Target, Covergirl, Nike, Pantene, Proactiv, AG Jeans, Rolex as well as with big networks and studios like Paramount, Warner Brothers and the CW Network.
Anita appears regularly on America’s Next Top Model and has hosted various design and style shows like ‘Designer Spotlight’ as well as representing big brands like Target in their ‘Back to School’ campaigns.
Anita is a spokesperson for Harper’s Bazaar and a brand ambassador for Chaiken, she is also a curator on OpenSky with over 550,000 followers.
